    Business Development Specialist
    Location: Remote (Work From Home)

    Job Description:

    Are you a motivated individual looking to kick-start your career in the financial services industry? As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our client-focused, leads-driven approach to insurance sales. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, self-paced training, and the opportunity to achieve work-life balance while making a real impact in the lives of our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through leads-driven strategies.
    • Utilize provided leads to engage potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and offer suitable financial solutions.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and client support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with the team and participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
    • Uphold the values of integrity, diversity, and relentlessness in all interactions and transactions.
    • Obtain the necessary insurance license to operate within the industry guidelines.
    Requirements:
    • Strong drive, motivation, and self-discipline to work independently and achieve sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and industry standards.
    • Commitment to maintaining high levels of integrity and ethical conduct.
    • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
    • Must be able to work full-time hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
    • Ability to work in a remote, virtual environment.
    • No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or network marketing involved.
    Employment Type: Commission Only
