    Job Description
    St. Petersburg law firm needs experienced, reliable, and energetic Paralegal/Legal Assistant. Salary commensurate with experience, bonus paid after probationary period. Accuracy, organizational and time management skills a must. Typing speed of 70+ wpm required. Knowledge of securities and arbitration rules/proceedings is desirable, but not required.


    Pay:
    $45, $60,000.00 per year

    Over 25 years later, this mission continues with an expanded staff and many achievements. Kalju Nekvasil now manages the firm following Joel's retirement in 2011.

    As the lead attorney, Kalju has more than 35 years of legal experience in the securities arbitration, litigation and regulatory fields, including approximately 7 years as Regional Counsel for the NASD now known as FINRA.

    A number of the cases handled by Kalju have been reported in national investment publications.

    This formidable track record has enabled the firm to achieve a 99% case settlement rate in its time of operation.

    In addition to the firm's continued success representing investors in arbitration, in 2002 attorney Stephen Krosschell appeared in front of the U.S.

    Supreme Court (Harvey v. Salomon Smith Barney, Inc.).
