JOB DESCRIPTION
DERU is one of the leading planners of complex cleanroom and laboratory projects for research and manufacturing throughout Germany.
DERU's expertise ranges from conceptualizing technical building equipment to planning media supply and disposal, as well as addressing GMP qualification and commissioning management.
In addition to new construction projects, DERU also handles complex renovations, expansions, and relocations of specialized laboratories and manufacturing facilities of all purity classes.
We are looking for reinforcements in the area of
Project/Team Assistant for Hook-up System Planning (m/f/d)
What tasks can you expect?
Supporting the project team with organization, schedule management, and correspondence
Data entry in project-specific Excel lists and databases
Compilation of planning documents (including hook-up documentation and equipment books)
Review and calculation of offers, as well as creating price comparisons
Coordination and calculation of measurement documents from construction companies
Accompanying acceptance inspections
Compilation of as-built documentation
Coordination of document processes with construction companies and client representatives
What qualifications do you bring?
Successfully completed commercial or technical education
Ideally, professional experience (not a requirement)
Excellent MS Office skills
CAD knowledge is an advantage (not a requirement)
Customer-oriented and reliable approach
Independent and precise work style
