    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a Business Operations Intern to join our pre-seed tech startup. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations, with a primary focus on customer support, enrollment management, and data analytics. This is an opportunity to join a winning team, work with cutting-edge technology, contribute to making a meaningful impact in the gig economy, and gain experience in data analytics.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide customer support, and addressing T1 support queries, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
    • Manage user enrollments for dental, vision, and health plans, facilitating access to essential benefits for gig workers.
    • Handle correspondence related to declined payments and abandoned cart flows, optimizing user engagement and retention.
    • Assist in maintaining user status in internal tools for reporting purposes, contributing to data accuracy and operational efficiency.
    • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze marketing performance, user engagement, and operational efficiency.
    • Generate insights from data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program or recent graduate.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong Data Analytics skill
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to our mission.
    • Proficiency in Spanish preferred for customer support roles.
    • Experience with data analytics tools and techniques is desirable.
