- Build and cultivate relationships with volunteers and ambassadors, coordinate volunteer activities, acknowledge volunteer engagement, and support the TVS Parent Association.
- Foster relationships and engagement with donors.
- Cultivate a culture of philanthropy through the school community.
- In support of the Director of Advancement, ensure the timely processing of all gifts including a timely acknowledgement process.
- Drive alumni engagement initiatives.
- Draft content, in collaboration with the Communications Department, for events and fundraising.
- Assist in managing and attending all Special Events, including fund-raising events.
- Prepare monthly fundraising and statistical reports for regular tracking and follow up.
- Support data management needs in Blackbaud / Razor's Edge, particularly during the transition to a new system.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with all community stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties, as required
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
- Mature judgment and discretion; ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Technology skills must be strong and representative of an educated professional and are required to maintain records and communications.
- Knowledge of Razor's Edge and Blackbaud is a plus.
- Experience at Independent Schools is a plus.
- Development/Advancement experience preferred.
- The position requires physical activity, such as walking, standing, and sitting for longer periods of time in an office or school environment.
