The

Oneida ESC Group

is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time

Program Manager

in

Washington, DC .

Key Responsibilities:

Provide senior-level program management to ensure that objectives, scope, deliverables, and schedules are defined for all tasks within the contract.

Serve as the single point of contact and coordinator for all support activities and stated requirements for this contract.
Complete all reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Masters degree in National Security, International Relations, or Business required; or 20 years of in-depth Irregular Warfare field experience.

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management, leading and supervising multi-disciplinary teams in support of US Government (USG) international programs.

Must have 1 year of demonstrated knowledge of Irregular Warfare.
PMP certified

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated organizational abilities and outstanding communication skills as demonstrated in previous job experience within the Irregular Warfare Center.
