Commercial Employee in Order Processing / Logistics (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Bremen, starting immediately and in full-time and permanent employment.


Your responsibilities:


  • Support of existing customer base in the pharmacy and drugstore market via telephone and email, and maintenance of relevant data
  • Acceptance, processing, and monitoring of orders, including invoice creation and preparation for shipping
  • Preparation of export documents according to countryspecific export and customs regulations
  • Supportive tasks in purchasing and sales

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training and first professional experience in order processing and operational logistics
  • Experience in creating export documents according to export and customs regulations
  • Reliable, systematic, and solutionoriented work approach
  • High level of service orientation and willingness to provide excellent service
  • Good English skills in spoken and written form, as well as good MS Office knowledge
