    Job DescriptionDescription:

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    · Prepares and posts general ledger entries by maintaining records and files.

    · Reconciles balance sheet accounts.

    · Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

    · Support team on period-end close procedures.

    · Process Accounts Payable invoices and W-9 verification for new vendors.

    · Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules.

    · Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.

    · Support all financial audits and examinations.

    · Assist with yearly budget preparation.

    · Provide support to Financial Planning and Analysis team during monthly preparation of analysis of budget to actual results.

    · Ad-hoc requests and special projects.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

    · Healthcare experience a plus

    · 2 – 5 years of professional experience in accounting and finance

    · Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)

    · Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions, ability to organize work with large amounts of information efficiently, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail
