Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospice care.

Your role will involve supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing staff, collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being and safety of patients.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to resident rights and quality standards
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and available resources
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Experience:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [LOCATION]
