    Job Description
    Client Notes:

    • Minimum 3 years ins customer support, accounting, or finance.
    • Program/Software Skills/Credentials: Jira and Excel
    • Position Summary/Day to Day: Analysis finance reports and logging results in Jira. Matching balances, all transactions are there. Creating accounting entries. Will interact with internal business partners
    • Top 3 "must haves"- non-negotiable: Strong understanding of Excel, Accounting/banking, ability to analyze problems and solve.
    • Preferred/" Nice to have" skills: Knowledge in Accounting and Finance.
    Job Description
    • The Technical Financial Systems Analyst for Treasury Technologies will function as an analyst primarily for the Treasury and Accounting teams with financial systems support including Treasury Workstation, Swift Alliance Access and Fortra-Automate.
    • Responsible for monitoring the systems, making sure everything is working correctly from the application perspective, as well as that the different transactions, file imports and exports are being processed successfully. Report any anomalies or alerts to stakeholders or escalate them to the next level of support to resolve issues.
    Needed skills:
    • Jira (use of test cases, assignments, bugs, link issues)
    • Advanced Excel (able to work with formulas and pivot tables)
    • Business Analysis or Quality Assurance/Testing experience.
    • Ability to run reports or data extracts in new system and compare against same data from older system.
    Candidate Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree is desirable, preferably in Information Technology, Treasury, Accounting or Finance.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in areas related to customer support or finance and accounting.
    • Strong English communication skills.
    • Proficient in Excel, familiar with accounting functions to execute accounting-related data analysis techniques.
    • Effective communicator, with excellent soft skills and the ability to work well with multiple teams and individuals.
    • Strong analytical skills, ability to act proactively and a high sense of urgency, to effectively prioritize work and find prompt solutions for users that avoid delaying the operation.
    • Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and project deadlines simultaneously.
    • Our team has very critical tasks and it is important to manage; attention to detail, seeking continuous improvement, and develop excellence in team processes.
