To expand our team, we are looking for a dedicated
Infrastructure Project Planning Coordinator (m/f/d) nationwide (with the option of working from home) in Hills and Dales, OH.


Your responsibilities:


  • Leading teams in the fields of civil engineering, infrastructure, and architecture
  • Coordinating and managing interfaces between all involved parties
  • Evaluating the quality, plausibility, functionality, costeffectiveness, as well as the opportunities and risks of planning services
  • Ensuring compliance with contracts and relevant laws, norms, and guidelines in the planning process
  • Collaborating on planning topics and optimizing technical solutions
  • Tendering and awarding planning services, as well as managing deadlines and costs
  • Ensuring the quality of work results and optimizing planning services
  • Creating, coordinating, and maintaining planning schedules
  • Managing and monitoring planning processes (planning process management)
  • Identifying and tracking changes in plans

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • You have experience in planning
