    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, along with expertise in Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA), PCB design and manufacturing, and space flight hardware experience.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and qualityUtilize DfMA principles to optimize product designs for ease of manufacturingDesign and develop PCB layouts for electronic componentsOversee the manufacturing of PCBs and ensure compliance with industry standardsManage the production of space flight hardware, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processesTroubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and production delaysConduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new manufacturing projectsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldProven experience in Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA)Strong background in PCB or PCBA design and manufacturingPrevious experience working with space flight hardware is highly desirableExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
