    Our client finds that individuals who've worked in management trainee positions, especially in B2B outside Fleet sales, fit perfectly As a Branch & Sales Manager, work situations are diverse in nature. The complexity of our client's electronic security products requires flexibility and the ability to integrate new and varied information continually. They serve businesses, schools, organizations, and homes across Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

    Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Directly impact sales goals through working the phones and email to hunting for new business; assess local market conditions and identify current/prospective sales opportunities
    • Achieve branch goals for sales and service (including sales calls, appointments, presentations and quote standards)
    • Interact face-to-face and over the phone with internal employees and external customers and vendors
    • Continuously improve processes to improve the bottom line.
    • Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
    • Ensure the Spokane branch complies with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Research and resolve escalated customer service, technical, and sales problems
    • Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
    • Manage & implement business development initiatives and regional marketing activities.
    • Develop, train, and evaluate a team of customer service, administrative, technical, and sales professionals.
    • Manage team/self in a flexible manner as workflow priorities shift
    • Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales following company values and the guidance of the board of directors

    Requirements:

    • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test, including marijuana
    • Requires a minimum of a high school education or equivalent, college degree preferred
    • 5+ years of outside, business-to-business sales experience required
    • 3+ years of leadership in sales environment required
    • Work onsite and travel to vendor and client locations
    • Solid experience with a sales CRM
    • Demonstrated good judgement/discretion
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Effective communication, verbal and written, with internal employees, clients, and vendors
    • Persuasive, influencing the attitudes and opinions of others
    • Strong listening skills to and analyze problems and recommend appropriate, sometimes creative, solutions
    • Ability to sell a service rather than just a product or equipment
    • Professional manner and appearance
    • Desire to grow/develop leadership
    • Able to drive a vehicle

    Offering:

    • Base pay starts at 60K annually, but with incentives, total compensation will be between 80 and 120K, with growth potential
