Overview:

Foundry is seeking a _Global Account Manager_ to join the team This role will act as liaison and have account oversight for all aspects of designated accounts at Foundry.

The Global Account Manager will provide streamlined communications to clients and internal stakeholders and will maintain tracking of all elements across all discipline teams globally.

This person will also be responsible for assisting with issue resolution/troubleshooting and will provide consistent oversight and communications to the client.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain oversight of all account tactics and KPIs to ensure they launch, deliver, and meet goals to spec, on time and on budget
  • Act as main point of contact internally and externally as needed; coordinate weekly with all stakeholders to ensure campaign is meeting goals
  • Ensure that forecasting of pipeline and revenue is accurate and being tracked holistically
  • Proactively manage issue resolution, troubleshoot delivery issues, oversee pacing and maintain tracking across all disciplines
  • Assist with RFP and contract creation/IO submission, and oversee change orders as needed
  • Coordinate weekly/monthly reporting wrap ups/status and quarterly QBRs
  • Identify areas of upsell or growth

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a sales support role
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience, servicing global/tier 1 accounts, across multiple product lines
  • Experience presenting to global accounts/agencies and senior leaders
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and optimize media and lead gen campaigns
  • Ability to be proactive on every aspect of an integrated program across multiple teams
  • Hyperfocus on client management and relationship building
  • Experience managing internal sales support teams is a plus
  • Ability to travel, on occasion, to our Needham, MA HQ
