INNESS is an intimate country refuge, hotel and restaurant located in Accord, New York. Situated on a campus of 225 pastoral acres, which include a 12-room farmhouse hotel, 28 guest cabins, restaurant, event barn, a 9-hole golf course, sporting outfitter, two swimming pools, tennis courts, walking trails, a retail home and farm shop, as well as an organic farm and orchard.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the pool bar from
  • Make sure staff shows up on time
  • Be able to step in as needed to cover and support the pool service
  • Call in staff as needed and ensure staff makes it to work on time
  • Answer phones and take delivery orders
  • Ensure satisfaction of all pool guests, take orders, bus, support staff in all ways possible
  • Delivery
  • Oversee delivery staff and operations
  • Tend to guest satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Communication with BOH of any special orders, requests or specifications
  • Inventory and stocking of all takeout dry goods
  • Handle room charges for delivery
  • Deliver food
  • Oversee Grill bar operations from (THESE HOURS)
  • Ensure staff makes it to their shift on time
  • Be able to step in and support the grill bar service as needed
  • Call in staff as needed
  • Execute rain contingency plan to move to Gatehouse
  • Members pool
  • Ensure orders are being taken and delivered
  • Ensure satisfaction and care of guests and members
  • Farmhouse
  • Honor bar inventory and needs
  • Handle all cash and credit card transactions forPool, Gatehouse, Grill Bar, delivery and Farmhouse, hand off to GM or manager at the end of shift
  • Work Thursday-Monday
  • Events
  • Ensure that all FOH/BOH supplies that are used for events or moved for events are returned to the proper location
  • Assist in any FOH/BOH relations with events as needed
  • Eventlead for events asneeded
  • Members programming
  • Oversee/assist in any programming at these outlets
  • Restaurant
  • Extra support as needed, Monday mornings specifically

Required Skills and Qualifications:
$28 per hour
