    Registered Nurse Responsibilities:


    • Deliver skilled nursing care to residents with diverse chronic conditions and complex needs.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
    • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform various clinical duties.
    • Educate residents and families on their care and health status.
    • Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for residents.
    • Work closely with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure topnotch care delivery.

    Registered Nurse Qualifications:


    • Active and in good standing RN license.
    • Preferably 12 years of experience in geriatric nursing
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong organizational and time management aptitude.
    • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
    • Dedication to delivering compassionate and residentcentered care.
