As an LPN Unit Manager, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

    Our premier client is currently in search of a caring and committed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a valued member of our team at our on-site therapy and skilled nursing facility.

    As an LPN, you will assume a pivotal position in delivering top-notch care to our residents, collaborating closely with therapists and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure their overall well-being and recovery.

    • Administer direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and medication administration.
    • Collaborate with therapists to devise and execute personalized care plans.
    • Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, promptly notifying physicians and other healthcare providers of any changes.
    • Foster a secure and comfortable environment for patients.
    • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
    • Participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions.

    Possession of a Practical Nursing diploma or an associate's degree in nursing (ADN), along with a current LPN license.
