- Supporting clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
- The ability & willingness to learn about our clients and our products.
- Monitoring client inquiries, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues as needed.
- Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
- Utilizing problem-solving skills and best judgement to analyze information, and to provide our clients with information related to BNY Mellon products.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Money Funds experience is highly preferred.
- Must be comfortable speaking directly with our clients.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service to join our Liquidity & Margin Services - Markets team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Orlando - HYBRID/REMOTE.
