    Our client operates within the food industry, specializing in frozen seafood, shellfish, seafood meals, sauces, and marinades.

    They are on the hunt for a dynamic National Sales Executive with a sharp focus on the retail grocery sector.


    This role is ideal for a true 'hunter' in the sales world, someone who thrives on seeking out new business opportunities rather than relying on an existing book of business.

    The perfect candidate will possess deep-seated contacts within the retail grocery business, specifically in the frozen seafood aisle, and have a proven track record of successful sales in this niche on a national scale.

    Seafood National Sales Job Responsibilities

    Actively hunt for new business opportunities within the retail grocery sector, focusing on frozen seafood products.
    Leverage existing contacts and develop new relationships within the retail grocery industry to expand market reach.
    Negotiate and close deals, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
    Understand and keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with consumer needs and preferences.
    Qualifications

    Proven experience as a Frozen Seafood Sales Representative, with specific experience selling to retail grocery stores.
    Strong network of contacts within the retail grocery sector, especially in the frozen seafood aisle.
    Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of hunting and securing new business.
    Ability to operate on a national scale, with multi-channel sales experience.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
