  • Manage the purchasing process from A to Z: from identifying needs with the department, to complete tender planning and execution, evaluation of offers, to project documentation while considering existing product categories and supplier strategies.
  • Ensure marketconforming conditions for the procured project needs. The challenge here is to comply with existing corporate guidelines.
  • Act as a central point of contact: Therefore, create an effective and efficient purchasing process for our employees, suppliers, and contractors, and take on independent communication, negotiation, and management.
  • Responsible for the conception and execution of complex contracts, as well as monitoring, compliance, and countermeasures in case of contract disruptions.
  • In addition, carry out orders, including evaluation and documentation, in the systems used.

Profile:


  • You have a degree or vocational training with specialized additional training in the technical or economic field and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • You are very familiar with procurement processes and have knowledge of the IT/telecommunications industry. Experience in energy procurement (electricity) would be desirable.
  • As a negotiation specialist, you excel with solid business and contract law knowledge.
  • You are proficient in using tools, including SAP ERP, and ideally have had previous experience with Onventis.
  • Your strengths lie in targeted communication, strong assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking. You round off your profile with a solutionoriented approach and a handson mentality.
