Your profile - What we are looking for

You have completed training as a staterecognized educator (m/f/d) with the corresponding additional qualification (specialist for integration (m/f/d)).
Empathy, communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Organizational skills, independent work, diligence, and accuracy.
Willingness to further education and supervision.
You are interested in evaluation processes and want to actively participate in quality development.
You have experience in documenting support needs and are familiar with various observation instruments.
