The local government administration of Edenkoben manages 15 local communities and the city of Edenkoben. With its departments, it is a modern administration with around 200 employees and a variety of fields of activity.

Responsibilities:
The tasks include the care and maintenance of asylum and homeless shelters:

Locking and security rounds
Cleaning, sweeping, and snow removal
Checking, monitoring, and documenting technical systems
Waste disposal
Repair and maintenance work
Errands
Green space maintenance
Covering for colleagues

We expect from you:

Completed vocational training in the construction industry (e.g. electrician, locksmith, carpenter, plumbing and heating technician)
Manual dexterity and technical knowledge
Team and communication skills
Goal and resultsoriented work style
High level of commitment and initiative, independence and flexibility, including working on weekends, holidays, and evenings
Reliability and punctuality
Knowledge of computer systems would be desirable
Valid driver
