- Management of the accounting and financial management processes, systems, financial reporting, internal controls, payroll and other activities typically required of a Director of Finance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support Solve IT's overall strategic objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, including budgeting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making by the executive team.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and risk management initiatives.
- Provide leadership in decisions regarding both short-term and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders, in coordination with the CEO.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business development.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Director of Finance or in a senior financial leadership role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
