Description
Solve IT Solutions, a leading technology solutions provider specializing in innovative problem-solving software, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Finance to join our executive team.
Reporting to the President/ CEO, the Director of Finance will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of the company, while driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and maximize profitability.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the Director of Finance builds relationships, inspires confidence, and collaborates effectively at all levels within the organization.
Responsibilities of the Director of Finance:
Management of the accounting and financial management processes, systems, financial reporting, internal controls, payroll and other activities typically required of a Director of Finance.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support Solve IT's overall strategic objectives and drive sustainable growth.Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, including budgeting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making by the executive team.
Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and risk management initiatives.
Provide leadership in decisions regarding both short-term and long-term strategic financial objectives.
Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders, in coordination with the CEO.
Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives across the organization.
Collaborate with other departments to support business development.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a Director of Finance or in a senior financial leadership role
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
