Supported platforms range from resource-constrained small UAVs and wearable devices to manned aircraft and submarines.The position is based on-site at our Windsor Mill, MD, office with occasional travel to Fairfax, Virginia, and occasional overnight travel to Melbourne, Florida.
The selected candidate will be responsible for test, fabrication, assembly, inspection, debugging, rework, and evaluation of complex RF and digital circuit boards and assemblies.
The candidate will be instrumental in the testing, debugging, and rework of products during pre-delivery integration, acceptance test, and delivery phases of the product life cycle.
Duties will include, but not be limited to, characterizing and debugging RF PCB issues to optimize performance, testing designs, and troubleshooting hardware problems; reading and writing schematics; laying out and fabricating electronics; and testing chassis to support and contribute to engineering designs.
