We are currently seeking a
Technical Employee (m/f/d) for the construction/investment department at our office in Dresden Neustadt, starting as soon as possible.

This position is full-time (39 hours per week) and permanent.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for maintaining the value of the locations and properties of Diakonie Dresden and its subsidiaries
  • Preparation, execution, and monitoring of construction measures (maintenance, renovation, refurbishment, and new construction of objects)
  • Coresponsibility for compliance with occupational and fire safety regulations and the functionality of safety systems in the facilities
  • Focus of work is on building and electrical systems
  • Development, implementation, monitoring, and tracking of maintenance and repairs
  • Evaluation of expert inspections
  • Creation of performance specifications and descriptions, evaluation of bids
  • Negotiations with contractors
  • Communication with planners, experts, inspectors, authorities
  • Participation in the creation of short, medium, and longterm economic plans
  • Participation in the creation and settlement of funding applications
  • Continuous updating and completion of the company's internal software system for documenting building data and technical system data
  • Invoice verification

Requirements:


  • Degree in engineering, technical or master's degree in construction or energy and building technology
  • If basic qualification is as an electrician, knowledge of communication and security technology is desirable
  • Extensive expertise in civil engineering, interior finishing, and technical building equipment
  • Knowledge of structural and systemrelated fire protection
