    Job Title: Front Desk Representative

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As a Front Desk Representative, you will handle inquiries, manage phone calls, greet guests, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
    2. Provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and staff regarding company services, facilities, and policies.
    3. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
    4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    5. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations as needed.
    6. Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
    7. Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
    8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.

    Requirements:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Professional appearance and demeanor.
    4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
