    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    This Site RBS Leader Senior (Continuous Improvement)position will play a critical role in driving a culture of continuousimprovement and operational excellence within Regal Rexnord.

    Thisindividual will serve as a Continuous Improvement (CI) leader and coachto the Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) Commercial, Sales andMarketing leaders and their teams with oversight on the implementationand integration of the Regal Rexnord Business Management System (RBS).This individual will provide broad, in-depth Cl expertise in order toachieve strategic and operational performance objectives to reachbusiness goals.

    This position has high visibility with the leadershipteam and reports directly to the CI Manager in Commercial Excellence.


    Major Responsibilities:

    Support Policy Deployment activities:
    Supportingthe development of short- and long-term strategies incorporating RBSpractices to facilitate progress and achieve strategic objectives

    Problem Solving:
    Promotes a hands-on problem-solving culture at alllevels of the organization by coaching leaders and teams to solve uniqueand complex challenges that have a significant impact on their businessunit


    People Development:
    Facilitate in-person or virtual LeadershipDevelopment and RBS CI \"tool champion\" workshops in a professional,organized manner that clearly demonstrates the Regal Rexnord mission andvalues


    Leads Lean Initiatives:
    Develops and executes strategies forimplementing RBS Lean principles across various departments or functionswithin Regal Rexnord


    Process Improvement:
    Assist in identifying areasof inefficiency and waste within existing processes and workflows, andlead initiatives to streamline operations and improve overallproductivity


    Data Analysis:
    Assist in the analyzing of data and metricsto identify trends, root causes of problems, and opportunities forimprovement


    Kaizen Events:
    Facilitate and participate in Kaizen eventsor continuous improvement workshops to drive rapid improvement inspecific areas or processes


    Training and Coaching:
    Develop and providetraining and coaching to leaders and associates at all levels on RBSLean principles, tools, and methodologies to foster a culture ofcontinuous improvement


    Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate withcross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities across theValue Stream, implement countermeasures, and drive change throughout theorganization


    Standard Work Development:
    Work with leaders and teams toestablish Leader Standard Work and Associate Standard Work processes andprocedures that promote consistency, efficiency, and quality


    QualityAssurance:
    Ensure that Lean initiatives and process improvements alignwith quality standards and customer expectations
