    Job Description:
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead our operations team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of our company, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards of quality and patient care.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Lead and manage the operations of our specialty services, behavioral health, physical therapy, and laboratory departments to ensure optimal performance and patient satisfaction.

    Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across all service areas.
    Work closely with the management team to set operational goals, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
    Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and practices, maintaining a safe and effective environment for patients and staff.
    Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and ensure financial sustainability.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the operations team and across the organization.
    Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and develop operational staff, ensuring a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
    Liaise with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
    Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and take proactive measures to address them.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
    Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic industry.
    Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
    Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
    In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.

    Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
    Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and enhancing patient experience.
