Description

• Has minimum 1 year experience in a supervisor position with references
• Has a thorough understanding of the embroidery process, specifically decorating garments
• Has a thorough understanding of embroidery machine functions and maintenance
• Has basic computer knowledge
• Has integrity and humility

• Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff, and organizing and monitoring embroidery processes
• Creates, Implements, and enforces standard operating procedures
• Completes embroidery production by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, and resolving production problems
• Conducts training
• Plans monitors, and analyzes job results
• Create colorways for embroidery files
