At Elisabethstift, we live and practice Existential Pedagogy and want to learn together with children, adolescents, parents, and of course, you.


We offer a vacant position as (educator (m/f/d)) with temporary shift work, for our residential group (EWG) Wedding with 6 places for girls and boys aged 6 and above.


The EWG Wedding is a home for children whose stay with their birth family is not possible and who require special, intensive support, for example, a smaller, protected environment (only 6 places), or care in the sense of "assistance for the integration of mentally disabled or threatened children".

Due to the small, manageable group and the high continuity of relationships provided by the resident educators, this offers a family-like living space that is particularly suitable for children with a presumed medium- or long-term perspective for out-of-home care.

The EWG is also a good opportunity for siblings to maintain and strengthen their family ties.
