- Support compliance efforts for all Sport Performance programs and trips by coordinating and tracking pre-trip contractor and athlete documentation requirements
- Review and maintain systems for tracking membership compliance with USA Cycling's Safe Sport Program
- Assist with recordkeeping requirements related to organizational policies and procedures
- Support contract management by tracking key dates, provisions, and insurance
- Maintain Sport Performance athlete and contractor databases, ensuring all information is accurate
- Assist the Sr. Director of Athlete Services, Safe Sport, and Compliance with the Center's audit by conducting document review and collection and completing other audit-related tasks.
- Update USA Cycling's adjudication logs weekly.
- Assist the Sr. Director of Athlete Services, Safe Sport, and Compliance in managing the Safe Sport email inbox.
- Coordinate the on-going conflict of interest disclosure process, including collection, initial review, and escalation of disclosures.
- Maintain thorough record-keeping and compliance tracking.
- Assist with USOPC audits and reporting.
- Support USA Cycling's background check process and appeals.
- Other duties as requested and/or determined.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

About the Position:The Compliance and Administration Coordinator will support efforts to manage risk and compliance for USA Cycling. This role provides administrative support, including record-keeping, compliance tracking, and audit support. The role will also support contract management and be responsible for the conflict of interest disclosure process.
