Job DescriptionJob Summary:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's processes.
The position will be remote work and fold into the legal department; the travel requirements will be at least two trips a month to branch locations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that services meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability.
Communicates quality standards and parameters to the field operators and business development team.
Coordinates and conducts testing.
Identifies and analyzes deficiencies and drafts reports based on branch and other audits.
Works with other members of the legal department to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degreePrefer audit experience of at least two years
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesTravel at least two times a month
