    Quality Assurance Manager Pay Rate:
    $97,000/year DOE

    Full-time, Direct Hire

    Job Description:
    Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of integrally reinforced branch connection fittings to the power, oil and gas, chemical, and other industries, is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager

    Primary Responsibilities:
    Oversee Quality personnel, including QA Engineers, Document Control Clerk, QC Inspectors, and NDE personnel.
    Ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system and customer requirements.
    Resolve quality issues relative to products, processes, customer complaints, and quality system requirements.
    Identify training needs and organize training to meet quality standards.
    Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
    Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
    Monitor risk management activities.
    Responsible for document management systems including the preparation and revision of policies and procedures for the Quality Management System.
    Monitor, record, and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
    Prepare and distribute reports to communicate performance and issues to otherdepartments and management.
    Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actions.
    Participate in organizational meetings on quality related issues.
    Establish and maintain a calibration program.


    Education / Experience:
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or Quality Assurance and 3+ year's experience.
    Proficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $97, $97,000.00 Per Year
