    Full Time (hourly)Lincoln Manufacturing is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of CNC Machine Operator at our Houston, TX location; to operate CNC machines in a safe, efficient manner that produces a quality product that contributes to targeted profit level of Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc.

    This is an hourly position and is non-exempt.
    Responsibilities/DutiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

    Wear safety equipment at all times during working hoursManufacture API products and/or Customer specificBe able to perform complex setups on CNC machine tools efficiently without assistanceThorough knowledge of machining an assortment of thread profilesExperience working with tubulars as raw material is a strong plusMust have extensive experience on CNC Lathes to include both short bed and long bed machinesExperience operating and setting up CNC Mills and multi-spindle/multi-turret machines is a plusI.D.

    Stamp every processed part. (If requested)Efficiently meet daily production requirements.

    Inform Quality Inspector of any Machine set ups for a First and/or Last article InspectionsMaintain all LMI tooling in good working conditions.

    (Machine, Plug Gauges or other Quality tools)Verify received pallets at the work station are identifiedNotify the Supervisor of any problem (Safety, Quality, Production or Maintenance)Show up to work on time on a daily basisMaintain work station clean and organizedBenefits Medical, Dental.
