What You Will Experience in this position:

  • Perform machine set-ups and make minor machine/program adjustments without assistance.
  • Follows specification of inspections as noted. Dimensionally checks and tests production to insure product output meets requirements per AQL standards.
  • Uses properly calibrated precision measuring instruments such as calipers, depth gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, and other measuring tools.
  • Participation in Lean activities/trainings and active use of Lean tools in daily operations to include SQDCC (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost), Hr. X Hr. Charts and Lean Engagement programs, Kaizen events, 5S and other programs as directed.

You have:

  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands: frequently lifts / moves up to and including 50lbs. Standing, walking, bending, crouching, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing
