What You Will Experience in this position:

Perform machine set-ups and make minor machine/program adjustments without assistance.
Follows specification of inspections as noted. Dimensionally checks and tests production to insure product output meets requirements per AQL standards.
Uses properly calibrated precision measuring instruments such as calipers, depth gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, and other measuring tools.
Participation in Lean activities/trainings and active use of Lean tools in daily operations to include SQDCC (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost), Hr. X Hr. Charts and Lean Engagement programs, Kaizen events, 5S and other programs as directed.

You have:

Manufacturing experience preferred.
Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands: frequently lifts / moves up to and including 50lbs. Standing, walking, bending, crouching, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing
