    Description


    Corporate Finance Analyst Sr at R1 RCM in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Operations team.

    In this role, you will use your FP&A experience to work with Operational partners to develop financial forecasts. Your ability to present to senior executives will help lead the annual budgeting process.

    You will use your strong Excel and analytical skills to provide operating and financial variance analyses that drive strategic business decisions.

    You will be a key player in supporting new customer growth, measuring results, and understanding the revenue and cost implications of strategy decisions.


    Key Responsibilities:
    + Delivering simple, systemic KPIs that ensure transparency to performance metrics and tracking toward delivery of company financial commitment + Working closely with Operations to help drive and monitor opportunities to increase revenue while also improving cost efficiency. + Partnering with Operations to develop an outlook for multiple revenue streams, dynamic cost model, and performance measurement plan. + Driving monthly and quarterly closing, reporting, and forecasting activities, clearly articulating progress toward goals. + Supporting yearly operational budgeting process. + Utilizing credible and accessible data to help inform decision-making. + Collaborating with clients to accurately measure results and collect incentive payments. + Assessing opportunities to deliver value-added metrics and tools to the business. + Preparing and reviewing calculations for multiple streams of revenue and working with clients to understand short- and long-range revenue forecasts. + Monitoring cash position and partnering with Operations to ensure timely collection of receivables. + Supporting and challenging performance variances, forecasting processes and budget governance. + Developing process solutions through automation, standardization, and innovation. + Confirming deal economic value based on baseline to R1 solution agreement.


    Qualifications:
    + 3 or more years of experience in a financial planning & analysis role, providing budgeting and variance analyses + Experience presenting to executives on strategic analysis + Strong Excel skills used for complex modeling For this US-based position, the base pay range is $45, $99,991.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
