    Description

    Manage the recruitment efforts from organizational planning, recruitment process and onboarding and build out corporate strategies for successful employee selection and retention.

    Provide day-to-day hands-on execution of human resource management including weekly payroll processing, and administration of various related components including 401(k) plan, workers compensation, I-9, H-2B Visa, COBRA, unemployment and all employee benefits.

    Manage annual open enrollment for benefits including working with agent for recommendations of benefits to be offered and getting employees enrolled.

    Provide various payroll reporting and reconciliation tasks as needed.

    Provide interpretation and guidance of Company policies and procedures

    Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements

    Drive organizational process and serve as an advocate, manage employees relations and communication

    Maintain employee vacation balances, accruals, and metrics

    Recommends innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed

    Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement

    Other HR-related duties as required
