- Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
- Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
- Valet parking vehiclesDriving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus
- Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room
- Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions

- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend for the duration of the shift (6-8 hours)
