Opportunity
Do you have a passion for customer service? Does the thought of transporting guests at a Five-Star Resort, and providing exceptional service interest you? If so, then the position of Shuttle Driver is for you

Specific responsibilities include:

Transporting passengers safely and courteously from point of origin to destination
Assuring that the vehicles are maintained in an attractive manner by performing sidework such as washing, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing vehicles
Maintaining driver logs and completing pretrip inspections
Ability to adhere to safety standards including security reporting of suspicious activities, controlling keys, reporting road conditions, following specified driving procedures
Helping guests load and unload luggage items and golf clubs from the shuttle buses
Being knowledgeable of resort operations including layout, amenities offered, hours of operation, history, rates, etc. of all Kohler businesses, and attractions

This a Seasonal position working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary from 6:00am till 11:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and be within the guidelines of Kohler Co. corporate insurance policy
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to understand and speak fluent English
Must be able to physically sit or stand for multiple hours as well as to bend, squat, reach, kneel, and lift
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
