- Providing quality food and beverage service in accordance to standards set for The American Club
- Ensuring appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards
- Following proper food and liquor handling procedures
- Maintaining complete working knowledge of hotel layout, proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, and safety practices
- We are looking for an applicant who is at least 18 years of age and has the ability to obtain their Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire.
