This position is 20 hours per week, flexible between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Extended Education Ventures offers a flexible work arrangement that enables working from home for most of the time, with time spent in-person and on-campus, as needed.

Must be eligible to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship.

Purpose


This person will support the implementation of a variety of digital and marketing-technology projects for several continuing and professional education programs across the University.


Responsibilities:


  • Marketo Migration: Follow departmental documentation to aid in the migration of EEV's existing Marketo instance to a new Marketo instance. Create new Marketo programs and update migrated programs, with guidance from Marketing Project Manager. Work with implementation vendors to complete migration and optimize new instance as needed.
  • Consent Management Platform Implementation: Working closely with the Marketing Project Manager, stand up new consent management platform to comply with privacy regulations. Evaluate, build and execute banners per supported website. Test efficacy of additions and coordinate with Google properties. Iterate for new websites as added to portfolio.
  • Team Collaboration & Admin: Collaborate with the EEV marketing team and other stakeholders daily. Utilize Asana to manage project tasks and coordinate communication between team members. Attend meetings to give status updates on project progress and to learn about new initiatives entering your purview. Research marketing technology tools and platforms, as needed.

Salary Range

$20.00 hourly + depending on qualifications

Working Conditions- May work in standard office conditions.- Repetitive use of keyboard at a workstation.

Work Shift- 20 hours per week, flexible between 7am-6pm.
