Job Tasks

  • Provide support to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings in support of IT service management.
  • Ability to document processes, procedures, service levels agreements, critical success factors, performance work instructions, and process workflows.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio to create documentation, workflows and presentations.
  • Work with a team of ITIL/ITSM SMEs to create and document Process Improvement initiatives
  • Maintain documentation control using SharePoint
  • Participate in daily and/or weekly client meetings
  • Travel, at own expense, to Stafford or Quantico, VA area to attend periodic customer meetings as requested

Job Requirements:

  • Requirements/Qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 5 combined years of professional work experience in meeting support, creating documentation or ITSM Support
  • Must possess ITIL v4 Foundations Certification
  • Active or interim DoD Secret clearance
  • Excellent Writing skills
  • Above average skills with MS Office programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Well organized, selfmotivated individual able to manage work to meet deadlines
  • BS or BA degree in a Business Management, IT, or other relevant discipline from an accredited college/university.
  • 5 Years of related experience may be substituted for the BS or BA degree requirement
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal oversight, as well as demonstrate exceptional written and oral communications skills
  • Preferred Skills
  • IT or ITSM experience
  • Experience using BMC Remedy tool
  • United States Marine Corps experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.

Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.

There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required.

Possible lifting up to 25lbs.
