The Value Schools mission is to establish and support high quality, values based elementary and secondary charter schools for populations of students who have been historically underserved by the public school system.

OPPORTUNITYValue Schools is currently searching for a dynamic and visionary Principal at Downtown Value School, serving students in Transitional Kindergarten through 8th Grade, to lead the development and management of effective school instruction, systems, teams, and policies aligned with our mission and values.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned school leader who will have a proven track record in building positive school cultures and demonstrating expertise in data analysis, project management, and compliance. This role encompasses fostering an inclusive environment, building partnerships, and addressing social-emotional needs.

Benefits
Value Schools provide competitive salaries, which are reviewed every three years. Based on relevant prior work experience and education, our salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Value Schools also participates in the CalSTRS retirement program. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary closer to the start/middle of the range depending on qualifications and internal equity. As such, Value Schools is committed to a no-negotiation policy. More details can be provided upon request.
