Citizens For Europe gUG (CFE) is a non-profit, civil society organization and social enterprise based in Berlin.

With its funded projects and offerings, CFE focuses on strengthening civil society and democracy, promoting and recognizing diversity, and reducing discrimination, particularly racism.

Since 2010, CFE has been advocating for a participatory and inclusive society at the local and European level, as well as empowering marginalized communities.

CFE's projects and offerings are carried out by a small, interdisciplinary, and diverse team in collaboration with our networks and experts in academia, politics, and civil society.


With the spin-off of its Diversity department into a non-profit subsidiary, the technology-based, intersectional, and anti-racist collection, evaluation, and reporting of anti-discrimination and equality data will be more focused and standardized.

Therefore, new team members are also being sought to implement existing and new surveys in an interdisciplinary and intersectional manner.

The CFE headquarters will strategically and administratively support the establishment of Diversity, also in the long term.


Responsibilities:

Your areas of responsibility will include:

  • Establishing and developing Diversity based on existing and new content and developments
  • Recruiting academic staff with a focus on discriminationsensitive and antiracist research, as well as technical staff/service providers such as Product Owners, Data Analysts/Engineers, and DevOps
  • Responsibility for strategic topics such as project management, internal and external communication, budget, Theory of Change, and Business
