- Keep the Tech Supervisor in the loop about project progress and any issues.
- Regularly maintain equipment and vehicles.
- Interact with customers and stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships.
- Carry out field projects like cathodic protection surveys.
- Troubleshoot and install cathodic protection system components.
- Compile necessary information for cathodic protection reporting.
- Actively participate in safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment for all.
- Effectively communicate with management and crew regarding project needs and changes.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Follow written procedures accurately.
- Confidently address and solve any identified problems immediately.
- Ability to understand technical documents.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite is a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic mathematical abilities.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Current Driver's license with a good driving record.
- NACE CP I or II certification preferred.
- Physical activities include standing, walking, using hands, climbing, balancing, and more.
- Excellent depth perception and manual dexterity required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Work environment includes various weather conditions and moderate to high noise levels.
- Must meet company requirements to operate a company vehicle.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is a must.
- Travel may be required.
- Overtime and weekend work may be necessary.
- Up to 80% travel required.
