    Should you have deep experience at the
    CFOlevel with pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devise and equipment, distribution, facilities, and managed health care, we are interested in talking with you.

    The ideal candidate will thrive in a consulting and client centric environment and will possess most or all of the following qualifications:

    10+ years
    CFOexperience in $15M-$300M Revenue Companies
    Experience with private-equity, private or family owned and public companies
    Finance and strategic planning leadership
    M&A advisory and transaction experience
    IPO, sale readiness or privatization experience
    Public company experience to include SEC drafting and filings
    Significant hands-on experience creating budgeting/forecasting with complex/dynamic financial models.
    Negotiating/managing lines of credit as well as leading debt and equity financings
    Experience building and managing a team in a high growth practice or company
    Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
    Desire and availability to network and support business development marketing efforts
    Excellent customer service and business development skills
    CPA or CMA or CFE, MBA
    Public Accounting experience
