    Location: Torrance, CA

    Hourly Range: $ $34.28 /hr DoE

    Responsibilities:

    We currently have an opening for an Electronic Assembler at our Torrance, California location. In this full-time hourly position, you will be part of a manufacturing team responsible for building our space-qualified products in accordance with engineering drawings and detailed assembly instructions.

    • You can expect to prepare components by cleaning, wire bonding, sealing, and marking, loading components (such as resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets) on printed circuit boards.
    • Perform interconnecting and harnessing wiring operations, as well as thru-hole and surface mount soldering of components.
    • Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets, assembling and attaching hardware such as caps, clamps, and switches.
    Qualifications:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2 years of electronic assembly experience.
    • Must be certified (or able to be certified) to J-STD 001 solder standards.
    • Must be able to properly identify all electronic and mechanical components.
    • Requires basic math skills and knowledge of measuring devices.
    • Good manual dexterity is necessary.
    • Requires the ability to use soldering irons, hot plates, UV curve systems, RTV dispensing, and strip wire tools.
    • The ability to lift up to 35 pounds is needed.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to read and understand blueprints and written instructions.
