Eastridge Workforce Solutions is urgently hiring experienced Electronic Assemblers for one of Garden Grove's fast growing companies specializing in the development of mission-critical cables and connectors across industries such as aerospace, medical, and space.

These 1st and 2nd shift positions will start on April 8th.

To qualify you must have experience in Wire and Cable Harness Assembly, OR Potting, OR Soldering AND, you must be US citizen or a lawful permanent resident, to meet ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities:
Perform wire assembly and installation of electronic components according to blueprint specifications.
Conduct tests on finished products prior to packaging.
Utilize small hand tools to fulfill job requirements effectively.
Maintain accurate device history records and daily production logs.

Job Requirements:
6 months of experience in Cable Harnessing, Potting, Molding, or Soldering.
Possess manual dexterity and the ability to comprehend detailed instructions.
Comfortable working with hand tools.
Must meet ITAR requirements.
Must be able to train for 3-4 weeks on day shift (8am-4pm).
