Job Summary:
To provide member and employee support by testing and scheduling bill calculation jobs, reviewing problem areas, providing adjustments, and maintaining accounts in accordance with the viewpoints, objectives, and policies of the cooperative to ensure quality assurance in all areas of CIS operations.
